We have three choices of transport for your orders, these methods vary in cost. The most expensive service is guaranteed delivery within 1 to 2 days, from receiving the order. The next possible method will take 4 to 5 days to deliver, from receipt of the order. The last and slowest method will take approximately 1 week to 10 days. Payment Methods

We take all forms of payment, including Cash (plse send cash by registered post or some other secure method as we cannot be held responsible for its transit - we have no qualms accepting other forms of currency, providing the order costs and any additional charges are covered), Cheques, Postal Orders etc. Plse note there is no On-line credit card purchase facility available. This is due to the small scale of our company and the potential security risks involved, however we will be able to take your order over the phone or via fax (0044) 181 372 0004.  When ordering by fax, plse write down all the order details - Product number, Artist, Title, Format, Delivery method, Complete payment details.

Due to the size of our organisation, we have found it neccessary to deal with our customers directly, we feel this is the most efficient way in dealng with our customers requests. Some of our regular account holders are allowed a certain amount of flexible credit, this however is up to our discrepancy and if you are interested in this, please contact the office.
